TALENT PACT
The Talent Pact is an iniciative included in the strategic line of support for emerging talent of the Catalan Audiovisual Cluster.
It offers a first experience of professionalization to students and recent graduates in the audiovisual field. With the tutoring of professionals, audiovisual projects are carried out in connection with emerging Live Arts projects, for which the result will become a tool for promotion and visibility of their work.
The project has precedents in the Cultural Industry Work Table with representatives of the audiovisual field and other relevant cultural agents in Barcelona. Common needs were identified and the foundations were laid for the development of what will later be the Talent Pact.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
On the one hand, a public call is made through the universities to reach the participation of young people that are in the last years of their studies or recent graduates in audiovisual communication.
On the other hand, schools and organizations of prestige in differents disciplines of Live Arts curate artistic projects. Students from the Superior School of Drama and Taller de Musics Music School, among others, present their final projects.
Audiovisual teams with heterogeneous profiles are created to work on the production of a project in a context of dialogue with the artistic teams, always accompanied by professionals from the audiovisual industry.
