Open Talent was a mentoring program for a selection of projects that had participated in the University-Industry Audiovisual Pitching with professional potential.
It was developed over 4 editions and included nearly 25 projects from the 2018 to 2021 Pitching editions, impacting over sixty people.
The initiative offered the teams a training tour through different aspects of audiovisual productions with the help of professionals who guided them to create projects with guarantees of viability. The process ended with an International Pitching with representatives of the European industry.
The project has been reoriented towards the current Mentoring Award that is awarded by a professional jury to a project by category of Pitching in competition.
