Members of all the value network

Our Cluster is made up of companies and institutions from all stages of the audiovisual value network

The audiovisual industry must be considered as a macro sector (simultaneous vision and hearing) that covers many different business segments. Today, the use of voice and images can be found in many economic sectors that are not exclusively audiovisual, such as education, health, home automation, etc.

The Catalan Audiovisual Cluster is a value network that integrates two main business segments: Entertainment & Media on the one hand, and Advertising, Communication and Events on the other. These include a long list of businesses in the fields of production, postproduction, sets, audiovisual and technology parks, distribution and exhibition (VOD platforms and festivals), production services, television, radio and podcast, immersive experiences (VR, AR, XR, metaverse and mapping), video games, events and integrated systems, technology and training. They all form an interconnected value network.

Members of all the value network

Our Cluster is made up of companies and institutions from all segments of the audiovisual network.

Catalonia is a paradigmatic case at a European level due to the high presence of clusters in its industrial fabric. There are currently about 30 of them, working to improve the conditions of the competitive environment among companies.

We are part of the Catalonia Clusters program and are certified with the Bronze Seal of Excellence by the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA).
