39FILMS (39F), is an independent audiovisual production company based in Italy, founded in 2011 by Dario Lanis and Alfredo Federico. 39F produces documentaries and features films, mainly focused on social and political contents. 39F coproduced films and documentaries with many countries around the world, from documentaries in Tajikistan to the first Italian official coproductions with Kosovo and Georgia.
In 2014, 39F has began the collaboration with Simona Banchi, producer of several films and documentaries (The factory of the German, Fascists on Mars, Viva Zapatero, The reasons for lobster, Draquila, 148 Stefan and Despite the fog by Goran Paskaljievic).
Works by 39F have been selected in many international festivals (Warsaw Film Festival, Rome Film Festival, RIFF, San Sebastian, Toulouse, Bafici, Toronto, Havana and many others) available on many worldwide platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Chili, Filmin).
Last projects include Andromeda Galaxy directed by More Raca, Negative Numbers directed by Uta Beria, Soledad directed by Agustina Macri and Takeaway directed by Renzo Carbonera, The beat Bomb directed by Ferdinando Vicentini Orgnani, Conversations with Other Women (Italian remake) directed by Filippo Conz and House is where the films are directed by More Raca.
Upcoming Projects include Untitled directed by Ferdinando Vicentini Orgnani, Dollars & Garbage directed by Michele Rovini and The Real Beings directed by Vakhtang Jajanidze.

Since its creation in 1994, Epicentre Films, and its production subsidiary Reality Films, are striving with a real ambition to contribute to the diversity and richness of the cinematographic landscape and to produce and distribute demanding, committed films from all around the world. In thirty years, they have released more than 200 films in theaters, TV and video and they have collaborated with established authors such as Iciar Bollain, Lav Diaz, Amos Gitai, Peter Greenaway, Alain Guiraudie, Emir Kusturica, Manoel de Oliveira, Rithy Panh and Carlos Saura and are happy to have revealed, among others, Kelly Reichardt, Joao Pedro Rodrigues and Denis Villeneuve.
Also, they have been involved in several international productions and co-productions of shorts and feature films such as The last time I saw Macao (João Pedro Rodrigues -Locarno 2012), Bambi (Sébastien Lifshitz – Berlin 2013), The Old man of Belem (Manoel de Oliveira – Venice 2014), Olmo and the Seagull (Léa Glob and Petra Costa – Locarno 2016), Bad Bunny (Carlos Conceiçao – Cannes 2017) or Nobody’s watching (Julia Solomonoff – Tribeca 2017), The first death of Joana (Cristiane Oliveira), and Justa (Teresa Villaverde – upcoming).

Hélicotronc is a production company created in 2002. The company has produced nearly a hundred films, including shorts and features, fictions, documentaries and series.
In the most recent titles of the company: the feature film Madly in life, by Ann Sirot and Raphaël Balboni, winner of 7 Magritte in 2022, and notably the Magritte of the Best Film; the series Good Pepole, coproduced by RTBF and Arte France, which premiered at Series Mania 2022, the feature film Dalva, by Emmanuelle Nicot, which was presented in Cannes at La Semaine de la Critique 2022 and won 3 awards there, and the feature film The (Ex)perience of Love, by Ann Sirot and Raphaël Balboni, also presented at the Semaine de la Critique, in may 2023.

JBA Production is a company based in France run by Jacques Bidou and Marianne Dumoulin. Since its creation, JBA has explored new cinematographic worlds, focused on new talent uniting high stakes in both content and cinematic form. In this way, JBA has produced more than 115 films, half are first time directors, from directors coming from more than 30 countries, that have premiered at and won numerous awards in all of the major film festivals, such as Cannes, Sundance, Berlin, Venice, Locarno and Toronto. JBA has worked with filmmakers as diverse as Maria de Medeiros, Raoul Peck, Rithy Panh, Annemarie Jacir, Alice Rohrwacher, Pablo Aguero, Tsai Ming-Liang, Fernando Guzzoni, Merzak Allouache, Massoud Bakhshi, Sergei Loznitsa…

Kwassa Films is a Brussels based production company, which aims to promote creative, engaged, and accessible projects to wide audience. It also wishes to contribute to the emergence of young Belgian talents on the international stage. The company produces feature films. Olivier Pairoux’s SpaceBoy, released in October 2021, sold by LevelK (DK), has been selected for more than 25 international festivals (Cinekid Amsterdam, Molodist Ukraine, FIFEM Canada, Juniorfest Czech Republic, Olympia IFF Greece, Calgary Canada, etc.) and has won 8 awards. In April 2023, they released Eve Duchemin’s Time Out.
Kwassa Films co-produced feature films including Zoé Wittock’s Jumbo selected at the prestigious Sundance Festival and Berlinale (Generation), Binti by Frederike Migom, selected at Sundance Festival, Should the wind drop by Nora Martirosyan Label Cannes Film Festival 2020 and Acid 2020, as well as The Man who sold his Skin by Kaouther Ben Hania selected at the Venice Film Festival 2020 and nominated for the Best International Movie OSCARS 2020. Recently Kwassa Films has coproduced the film Rabia by Mareike Engelhardt with Lubna Azabal.
Kwassa Films produces short-films as well. Gerlando Infuso’s The proposal won the Magritte Award for the Best Animated Short Film (2019).
The documentaries produced by Kwassa Films set themselves apart with their off-the-wall, educational angle (Belgian is the new hipster, The rise of the plastic sandal) and with their ambition (Slavery Routes or #FatUglySlut). The documentary Into Battle by Eve Duchemin won the Magritte award for the Best Documentary in 2017.
Since 2020, Kwassa Films has been producing TV series, with Unseen, broadcast on RTBF and sold in several countries. The company is currently developing 3 new series, with RTL-TVI and RTBF.
